Introduction
Sanan IC's E-mode and D-mode GaN HEMT technology features low on-resistance, gate charge, and capacitance to achieve high switching frequency, reduced size in passives and increased power density. GaN power technology has been widely adopted in consumer fast chargers and now moving into more industrial and automotive applications.
Hunan Sanan offers two foundry service options for GaN fabless design houses:
- The customer tapes out based on Sanan’s platform using its own design.
- The customer tapes out based on Sanan’s platform referring to Sanan standard PDK.
